**Note** Shadow issue has been fixed and this is the final version, well final as in final cause I don't want to work on it any more but may feel inclined to add new elements later, final.

If you ask me its pure propaganda.

Feel free to use it, and I think its a good policy to :+fav: any stamp you use, but of course its not required.

Also you should know this is my first attempt at animating an emote. I think it was easier than a normal emote also, because I have the stamp to define the boundaries. It has given me an idea for a classic emote, but I doubt I will ever get around to it. I have enough on my plate as it is.

Nooooooo! That's a terrible message! Ha ha. Actually, I love this. It made me laugh at how it's eyes looked all over the place first, like it was doing something inapropriate

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, when :iconwhazel: asked for it, she had an idea in mind that I totally built on. I wanted it to feel like a hit and run. Sorta like all the :+fav:'s you get with no comments backing em up. If there wasn't a name attached to the :+fav: you would never know who did it.
