Another old one that I needed to submit. The big hold up on this one was the amount of work that needed to be done. Funny thing is that is wasn't a lot of work. It is multiple images stitched together. 4 or 5 pics total. I forget at this moment. I am tired.

love those ice shards more than the smooth planes you usually get, they just look more 'ragged' befitting a freezing winter. oh, and of course the golden tint of the sunset makes this one irresistible for me!

With that in mind, I hope you do get to see it one day. Plan a vacation in February to Duluth for your best odds of seeing this. Of course you can always message me to find out what the lake conditions are like. I am out there at least once every week. I love this lake. Love it.
